LAUNCHPAD

Uncommonly Great Companies Start Here

LaunchPad

LaunchPad is a co-working space for freelancers and entrepreneurs, start-up businesses and small businesses. It is a great place to start a new business or grow an existing company. There are no assigned seats – just a place to work for a few hours, overnight or a full workweek.

LaunchPad is unlike other office spaces currently available anywhere in the region. As a co-working space, it provides not only a place to work but also a collaborative working environment.

While most of the people who work at LaunchPad work for different organizations: collaboration and socialization are important aspects of the LaunchPad environment.

The shared workspace attracts creative class developers, designers, strategists, artisans, writers, inventors, engineers and professional office nomads. There are not many ties at LaunchPad but lots of laptops, headphones, endless cups of coffee, speedy internet, 24/7 access, neighborly and professional advice.

The facility hosts a large co-working room with 12 seated desks, 4 standing desks, large-screen projection unit, high-speed internet, three conference rooms with video-conferencing capability, a gallery of original artwork and some cozy couches for work chats or the much-needed power nap.

About LaunchPad

The Goshen Chamber of Commerce, LaunchPad’s creator and host, believes that bringing creative entrepreneurs and freelancers together in a fun, productive work environment is the best way to support small business development in Goshen.

The businesses that share the space work both individually and collaboratively. The office sometimes functions as a cooperative – even between competitors; where the individual businesses work together to share talent, ideas and capacity.

LaunchPad offers a solution to the problem of isolation that many independent business owners experience when working at home or in a solo office while also freeing people from the distractions of home or attempting to work in a coffee shop.

Admittedly, the coffee is not as good at the LaunchPad as the Electric Brew but the co-working space provides more privacy than a café and frees the restaurateur’s table for more customers.
