Meeting Room Rentals

The Goshen Chamber building is equipped with great meeting room spaces for your organizations. Chamber Members can rent these rooms and the amenities that come along with them. Below are descriptions of the rooms and the Room Rental Request Form. As with anything, please call the Goshen Chamber if you have any questions.

The Miller Poultry Board Room (Upstairs)

This room, sponsored by Miller Poultry/Pine Manor, can seat 10 people for a meeting around the table. With a smart tv and computer connections, this room is versatile for your meeting needs.

The Leadership Board Room

The Leadership Room is the Goshen Chamber’s Board Room. Located on the Chamber’s first floor, the Leadership Room is equipped with ceiling mounted projector, speaker system, and whiteboards. This room can accommodate 17 people comfortably around the BriMar Wood Innovations Conference Room Table. The room is WiFi compatible and has easy computer connections.

The Large Conference Room

The Large Conference Room, located on the first floor of the Chamber building, can seat as many as 70 people. This versatile room can be set up in a variety of ways to meet your needs. With wall partitions, the room and be separated in half, and that half can be separated in half. If the room is set up classroom style, you can fit 50 comfortably. To seat 70, that is just chairs in rows and a small table in front of the room. The room has a projector, sound system, and WiFi connections. The room also has buffet tables set up if you need to use a Chamber Member caterer.
