Nick Kieffer serves as President & CEO of the Goshen Chamber of Commerce, a role he has held since 2017. He originally joined the Chamber staff in the fall of 2007, and has spent nearly two decades working alongside Goshen’s business and civic leaders to strengthen the local economy and community.

Under Nick’s leadership, the Goshen Chamber has expanded its role as a connector, advocate, and storyteller—launching innovative programs, enhancing member engagement, and developing platforms like the Sound of Goshen Podcast to share the stories shaping Goshen’s business community.

Nick is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management (IOM) program, and has served as a National Board of Trustee for the IOM program from 2019-2025.  He is also actively involved with the Indiana Chamber Executives Association (ICEA).

Deeply committed to community impact, Nick currently sits on the Elkhart County 4H Fair Board and on the Executive Committee.  He is also a youth sport coach, coaching baseball and girls basketball.  Nick and his family proudly call Goshen home, and he believes that when businesses work together with purpose, communities grow stronger.
